Default Tow Fit begind RV

I'm looking for information about towing a newer Fit behind a motorhome. I have a 2011 that I've been towing for 9 years since new. I'm thinking about getting a new model but the automatic transmission models are no longer listed in towing guides as suitable for towing. Anyone one with a 2018-20 model towing it?

I have a 2013 auto that I pulled behind my motorhome. I understand that starting with 2014 model, they cannot be flat towed.

Actually you shouldn't be "flat-towing" ANY Honda with an automatic transmission (domestic vehicles as well, for that matter). If you have a manual trans, you can get away with doing that. Most people have a towing cart where the front wheels of the car is on it and the rears are on the ground so only the rear wheels are turning when being towed. That's fine since these are FWD cars anyway. That's the approved method of towing these vehicles whether AT or MT.
